I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly warm and hospitable. They were very welcoming and always willing to help me out with any requests. The room was big, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel facilities were also very impressive, especially the rooftop swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic and had a good variety of food to choose from.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to make our business trip enjoyable. The rooms were big and had great views, which made our stay very relaxing. Plus, the location was very convenient for all the places we needed to go to.
The hotel could improve in a few areas. The restaurant was small and too crowded, which could be a problem during busy times.

The hotel is strategically located near Durian Ucok and has a very clean room with a beautiful view over the cityscape of the town. the staff outside the hotel is kind and watches over guests' belongings. the rooftop swimming pool offers a stunning panoramic view. the warm shower is enjoyable, making one’s stay more comfortable.
The receptionists lack coordination, and guests can be disappointed with the service they provide.

Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. And lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The attention to detail in this hotel was impressive.

The hotel is well located. It is close to the supermarkets and a variety of street food stalls, which is great if you're looking for fantastic local flavors. the room I had a comfy bed and great lighting, which made for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff.
The hotel could use some updating. the bathroom felt old and not well maintained, and the towels and sheets were worn and slightly stained.
